André Antunes has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, finance and management, with solid international experience in the civil construction and infrastructure sector.
André was Managing Director of OAS in Austria, carrying out the start-up of the Group’s operation in Europe. He was Head of Taxes and Controllership at Grupo OAS, having participated in the structuring of PPP projects in the sanitation sector, sports arenas, urban mobility and highways.
André started his career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.
André has an academic background in Law and Accounting, and an International Executive MBA (University of Minnesota/WU).
Leonardo Brito has solid experience in finance, development and management of large-scale businesses in the Transport, Energy, Sanitation, Logistics, Real Estate and Telecom industries, having worked in 42 countries including Latam, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Leonardo was CEO Africa and Middle East of Construtora OAS, being responsible for operations of over USD 1.6 Billion and 8,200 employees. He was Director of Structured Projects for LATAM at Construtora OAS, having raised more than US$1billion in debt for infrastructure projects.
Previously, Leonardo worked at Citigroup in New York, USA.
Leonardo has an academic background in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA in Finance and Strategy (Babson College – Boston/USA).
